In late September, an international team of adventurers met above the Todra Valley in Morocco to rig spectacular highlines in various lengths and heights, including the longest highline ever built, at this unique canyon.
During the Moléson highline meeting, in september 2015, Samuel Volery crushed the world record of highlining (high slacklining). Chauffour Pierre Productions and Jan-Georg Wagenfeld made a movie about his record breaking walk.
10 days after our monster-highline in the Churfirsten (537m long) has been taken down by lightning we still had the open project to make a rope jump into a highline.
Samuel Volery’s attempt to cross the longest highline, with 537m, got rudely interrupted after just 2 days. The line got hit by several lightning bolts and snapped.
20 athletes from around the country have shown spectacular tricks in front of 300 spectators at the Swiss Slackline Championship.
