Terms & Conditions

General Conditions

Version: 8 October 2026

These General Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through https://slacktivity.com. Please read them before placing an order. They do not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

1. Commercial Policy

1.1 Seller. Products offered on slacktivity.com are sold by Siterank, Unipessoal, Lda., trading as SLACKTIVITY (the “Seller”, “SLACKTIVITY”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered details and contact information appear at the end of these Terms.

1.2 Consumers. These Terms govern online orders made by individuals acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession (“Consumers” or “customers”). Businesses and professional purchasers should contact [email protected] to discuss business-to-business purchases, which may be subject to separately agreed terms.

1.3 Scope. These Terms apply to the offer, placement, acceptance, payment, fulfilment, delivery and, where applicable, cancellation or return of consumer orders placed through slacktivity.com. Product descriptions and mandatory information displayed at checkout form part of the applicable order details.

1.4 Accurate contact details. Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date contact, billing and delivery details, including an email address at which we can communicate about an order. We may contact customers where reasonably necessary to process or deliver orders.

1.5 Mandatory rights. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable to a customer, that legislation will prevail.

2. How to Order

2.1 Placing an order. To purchase a product: (a) select the products and quantities; (b) add them to your basket; (c) enter billing and delivery details; (d) choose an available delivery and payment method; (e) check product prices, any applicable VAT, delivery charges and the final order summary; and (f) place the order using the checkout confirmation button. The available payment and delivery methods are those displayed at checkout.

Customers should review the information provided before confirming their orders. After an order is placed, an automatic acknowledgement will normally be sent to the email address supplied. This acknowledgement does not prevent SLACKTIVITY from carrying out necessary payment, stock, address or security checks. Acceptance and fulfilment are subject to applicable law and the conditions stated below.

By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges these Terms and the policies expressly made available during checkout, including the Privacy Policy. Where legally required, consent will be obtained separately and will not be inferred merely from placing an order.

2.2 Order refusal, cancellation and unavailability. We may decline or cancel an order for an objectively justified reason, including: unavailability of stock; failed or unverifiable payment; materially incorrect billing or delivery information; suspected fraud or unlawful activity; inability to serve the delivery address; an obvious pricing or listing error; or reasonable evidence that an order is being made for unauthorised resale contrary to these consumer-sale conditions. We may also request appropriate confirmation where the customer lacks legal capacity to conclude the contract.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will inform the customer without undue delay and refund any amounts paid for items not supplied, as required by law. We will not unilaterally substitute products without the customer’s agreement.

2.3 Data and fraud checks. Orders may be subject to reasonable verification of payment, address and transaction security. Fraud-prevention measures and the processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. Checks will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection and consumer protection legislation.

3. Payment Methods and Payment Processing

3.1 Available payment methods. The payment methods available for each order are displayed at checkout. Payment must be made using one of those methods. A customer who attempts payment by an unlisted method should contact Customer Support before doing so.

3.2 Payment authorisation and collection. Payment may be authorised or collected when the order is placed, depending on the selected payment method. We normally begin processing an order once payment has been confirmed. Bank transfers, ATM references or other deferred-payment methods may require additional processing time.

3.3 Unpaid orders. Where a deferred-payment order remains unpaid after the applicable deadline communicated at checkout or in the payment instructions, we may cancel it. Customers will be informed where reasonably possible.

3.4 Payment security and refunds. Card and payment data are handled through the relevant payment-service providers, subject to their security arrangements and our Privacy Policy. Statutory refunds will ordinarily be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed without cost to the customer.

3.5 No cancellation processing penalty. Where a consumer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, no card-processing, PayPal, Stripe, cancellation or handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

4. Website and Transaction Security

SLACKTIVITY uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect customer information and transactions. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should keep account credentials confidential and contact us if they suspect unauthorised use. Nothing in this section excludes any liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Reservation of Ownership

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ownership of the goods remains with SLACKTIVITY until the relevant purchase price has been paid in full. This clause does not alter the statutory rules governing the risk of loss or damage during delivery or the customer’s mandatory consumer rights.

6. Prices, VAT and Taxes

6.1 Prices and VAT. Product prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Applicable VAT is calculated according to the nature of the transaction, the destination and the tax rules in force. The VAT rate displayed on product pages may therefore differ from the final tax calculation at checkout. Where applicable, the destination EU Member State’s VAT rate will be used. Eligible exports outside the EU may be invoiced without EU VAT, subject to the conditions and evidence required by tax law.

6.2 Shipping charges. Shipping charges depend on the delivery address, destination, weight, size, shipping service and any promotional conditions. The applicable delivery price will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

6.3 Total at checkout. The total amount payable to SLACKTIVITY at checkout includes the ordered products, applicable taxes charged by SLACKTIVITY, and the selected shipping service, less any valid discounts. For destinations outside the EU, the checkout total does not necessarily include duties, import VAT, destination-country taxes or customs processing charges. These may be payable separately as stated in Sections 6.6 and 7.

6.4 Price changes. Prices and promotions may change without advance notice. Changes will not normally affect orders already accepted at the price displayed during checkout, except where the law allows correction of a manifest error.

6.5 Obvious pricing errors. In the event of a clear, material pricing error, we may contact the customer to seek approval of the correct price or cancel the order and refund sums paid, subject to applicable law.

6.6 Destination-country duties and taxes. Orders delivered outside the European Union may incur import duties, import VAT or sales taxes, customs-clearance charges, or other fees imposed by customs authorities or shipping carriers. Unless the checkout expressly states that such charges are included or paid by SLACKTIVITY, they are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are distinct from the international shipping price and may be payable before the delivery is released. See Sections 7, 9.4 and 11.7.

7. Orders to Countries Outside the European Union

7.1 Minimum order amount. Orders shipped outside the European Union are subject to a minimum product value of €50, excluding shipping charges, unless a different minimum is clearly indicated at checkout.

7.2 Import obligations. Unless expressly agreed otherwise at checkout, the recipient is responsible for compliance with destination-country import requirements, including payment of any applicable duties and taxes and provision of customs clearance documents.

7.3 Import restrictions. Customers should verify that ordered products can be lawfully imported and used in the destination country. If a restriction is known to us, we may decline the order and refund the applicable payment. This does not relieve SLACKTIVITY of responsibilities arising from our own errors.

7.4 Customs-clearance service fees. Customs clearance fees charged by transport providers are administrative or brokerage charges and are not the same as taxes or customs duties. Depending on the shipment, DHL may charge customs-clearance service fees separately. With FedEx, standard customs clearance is generally part of the shipping service, but extra brokerage, disbursement, administrative or special-clearance charges may apply. These descriptions are general and are not a guarantee that a particular charge will or will not be levied.

7.5 Delivery delays. Import inspections, missing information, documentation requests or unpaid customs charges may delay the delivery beyond any transit-time estimate. See Section 9.

8. Product Quality, Safety and Statutory Guarantees

8.1 Product information. SLACKTIVITY aims to describe products accurately. Product photographs and colours may differ slightly from the appearance on a particular monitor. This does not limit legal rights where goods do not conform to the contract.

8.2 Statutory guarantee. For consumer sales to which Portuguese law applies, new movable goods benefit from a three-year statutory conformity guarantee, under Decree-Law No. 84/2021. Where another country’s mandatory consumer law applies, any more protective mandatory rules will be respected. These statutory rights are separate from any additional manufacturer’s or commercial guarantee expressly offered for a product.

8.3 Remedies for non-conformity. Where goods are defective or non-conforming, consumers have the legal remedies available in the circumstances, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund. In Portugal, a non-conformity appearing within the first 30 days after delivery may, subject to the statutory conditions, entitle the consumer to immediate replacement or termination. Remedies will be provided without the charges prohibited by law.

8.4 Reporting a problem. Customers are encouraged to contact [email protected] promptly upon discovering damage, a defect or missing items, providing the order number, a description and, where helpful, photographs. This request is intended to facilitate assessment and does not impose a three-day, seven-day or thirty-day deadline that extinguishes statutory guarantee rights.

8.5 Inspection and return arrangements. We may reasonably request information, inspection or return of an allegedly defective product to assess the issue. The process must not impose unlawful costs or disproportionate inconvenience on the consumer. Customers should contact Support before arranging an international return so that reasonable transport arrangements can be agreed.

8.6 Misuse and product safety. Defects caused solely by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow appropriate safety and installation instructions are not automatically covered by the statutory conformity guarantee, subject to applicable law. Slackline equipment and anchoring systems must be installed and used according to product instructions, stated load limits and appropriate safety requirements. Customers should assess the suitability of any installation location, anchoring point or supporting structure; this does not remove our statutory duties regarding the safety and conformity of our products.

8.7 Defective-product return costs. Where a defect or non-conformity is confirmed and the return is required, SLACKTIVITY will reimburse necessary and reasonable return shipping costs, or otherwise provide the solution required by law. Customers authorised to arrange return shipping should retain the receipt and provide proof of the cost. Reimbursement will not be restricted to the amount of the original outbound shipping charge and will not be replaced by a store voucher without the customer’s express consent.

8.8 Repairs outside the guarantee. If a requested repair or replacement is not covered by a statutory or commercial guarantee, any proposed charge for the service, transport or associated expenses will be communicated for the customer’s approval before paid work is performed. This provision does not affect legal remedies that remain available.

9. Shipping and Delivery

9.1 Dispatch and delivery addresses. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12:00 noon (mainland Portugal time) on a business day will normally be dispatched on the following business day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability and operational circumstances. Orders paid by delayed-payment methods are processed after payment is confirmed. Customers must provide a complete delivery address where the selected service operates.

The carrier and delivery method available for each order are displayed at checkout. The recipient should reasonably cooperate with delivery arrangements. A missed delivery or a failure to sign for a parcel does not, by itself, mean that all consumer rights or refund rights are lost.

9.2 Estimated transit times. The following are indicative business-day estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates. They exclude order preparation time, public holidays and potential delays from customs clearance, remote destinations or operational disruptions. Service availability varies by destination and postal code; the estimate available at checkout or provided by the carrier for the specific route may differ.

DHL Air Express — estimates

  • European Union: 1–2 business days.
  • United Kingdom, Ireland and Turkey: 1–2 business days.
  • Other European destinations: 2–3 business days.
  • United States: approximately 4 business days.
  • Canada, India and Israel: 3–4 business days.
  • Australia: 3–10 business days, depending on destination.
  • Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay and Peru: 3–4 business days.
  • Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, China and the Philippines: 3–4 business days.

DHL Road — estimates

  • Portugal: 1 business day.
  • Spain: 2–3 business days.
  • Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia and the United Kingdom: 3–4 business days.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Slovakia and Sweden: 5–6 business days.

DPD — estimates

  • Mainland Portugal: approximately 1 business day.
  • Portuguese islands: approximately 2–5 business days, subject to service availability.
  • Spain: approximately 1–2 business days.
  • France: approximately 2–4 business days.
  • Other European destinations: variable according to destination, postal code and the selected service.

CTT / international postal services (where available)

  • Transit times vary according to the destination postal network, and tracking may be limited or unavailable on certain services. Investigations and compensation claims are governed by the selected service and applicable law; any carrier investigation waiting period does not remove statutory rights against SLACKTIVITY.

FedEx International Priority — estimate

  • International destinations: typically 1–3 business days, depending on route and availability.

FedEx International Economy — estimate

  • International destinations: typically 2–5 business days, depending on route and availability.

NACEX — estimates (Portugal and Spain, where offered)

  • Portugal: 1–2 business days.
  • Spain: 1–2 business days.

These service-wide ranges, especially for FedEx and DPD, should not be taken as route-specific commitments. Customers should rely on the estimate given for their actual destination and shipping option where available.

9.3 Partial deliveries. We aim to supply each order in one shipment. Where necessary, an order may be split into multiple deliveries. We will inform the customer where relevant and will not charge additional delivery fees merely because we choose to split an order, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.

9.4 Customs procedures and possible delays. For destinations outside the EU, goods may require customs clearance. Inspections, documentation requests, payment of duties or taxes and local import formalities can delay a shipment. All advertised transit-time estimates exclude possible customs clearance delays. We are not responsible for the acts of customs authorities outside our reasonable control, but this clause does not exclude statutory delivery obligations or liability for errors attributable to SLACKTIVITY or its contracted carrier.

9.5 Delivery issues and damaged parcels. Customers should check the external packaging upon delivery and notify us promptly of visible damage, missing goods or non-delivery. Where appropriate, record damage with the carrier and retain the packaging. Customers are not required to refuse delivery to preserve statutory rights. There is no contractual 30-day reporting cut-off that overrides mandatory rights in cases of loss or non-delivery.

9.6 Legal delivery obligations. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with the advertised dispatch and delivery arrangements. If delivery cannot be made within the agreed period or, where applicable, the statutory period, customers retain their legal rights to seek delivery, terminate the contract and obtain a refund as provided by applicable law. Risk of loss during delivery is transferred in accordance with applicable consumer law, not merely when a parcel is handed to a carrier.

10. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

10.1 Shipping fees. Shipping fees are normally charged per order and depend on destination, service, parcel dimensions and other factors identified at checkout.

10.2 Free shipping. Free-shipping offers apply only when the order meets the relevant minimum product value and other eligibility rules displayed for the destination or campaign. They do not automatically cover customs charges, import duties, taxes or other costs payable upon importation.

10.3 Delivery upgrades. Where several shipping methods are available, customers may choose an alternative service at the displayed price. In the event of statutory withdrawal, any outbound delivery reimbursement follows Section 11.3, including the rule regarding extra costs of delivery upgrades.

11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

11.1 Cancellation before dispatch. Customers who want to cancel an order should contact [email protected] as early as possible, preferably before dispatch. If the order has not been shipped and cancellation is possible, we will confirm the cancellation and refund the amount paid, without a processing or handling penalty where mandatory consumer rights apply. If an order has already been dispatched, the customer may still exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights; the customer should contact us for return instructions. Customers are not required to refuse delivery.

No payment-processing commission or order-handling penalty will be deducted when a consumer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal.

11.2 Defective or non-conforming products. Defective or non-conforming products are covered by the legal rights described in Section 8. Customers should contact Support and provide reasonable details of the issue. Where return transport is required to provide a remedy, necessary and reasonable costs will be covered or reimbursed as required by law. Repair or replacement may be appropriate before a refund, except where the law gives the consumer an immediate right to terminate or other remedies. A separate commercial return period does not limit the statutory guarantee.

11.3 Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For consumer distance sales to which the statutory right applies, the consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after acquiring physical possession of the goods (or the last good where a single order is delivered separately). The consumer may notify SLACKTIVITY of the decision by an unequivocal statement sent to [email protected], or use the withdrawal function offered on the website, where available. The optional model withdrawal form in Annex A may also be used.

The consumer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal, unless we agree otherwise. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning non-defective goods, provided this responsibility was disclosed before purchase and no exception under law applies.

On a valid full statutory withdrawal, we will refund the price paid for the products and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery option we offered for that order. We are not required to refund the additional difference if the customer expressly chose a more expensive delivery service. Refunds are issued without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal; where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or the customer supplies proof of return, whichever occurs first. We ordinarily refund by the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise without additional cost.

Consumers may inspect goods as they would in a physical shop. Where allowed by law, the consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening packaging alone does not automatically cancel the statutory right.

Statutory exceptions may apply to items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised and other categories specifically excluded by applicable law. Exclusions will be applied only where the legal conditions are met.

11.4 SLACKTIVITY’s voluntary returns policy (days 15–30). In addition to any statutory rights, SLACKTIVITY offers a 30-calendar-day return window from receipt for eligible non-defective products. When the mandatory 14-day right of withdrawal has expired, returns during days 15–30 are accepted under this voluntary policy where the goods are unused, complete, unaltered and returned with their original accessories and packaging in a condition suitable for resale, subject to applicable mandatory law. Please contact Support before returning an item.

For voluntary returns outside the statutory withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for return shipping and, where legally permissible, applicable return-related customs costs. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded under this additional voluntary policy, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law. Genuine personalised goods and any other clearly identified categories that cannot reasonably be accepted under the voluntary policy may be excluded, without prejudice to statutory remedies for defects.

11.5 Gifts and exchanges. Refunds relating to gifts are ordinarily processed with the original purchaser because the sales contract and payment were made by that person. Gift recipients may contact us for assistance. Size or product exchanges are subject to availability and agreement with Support; statutory conformity rights remain unaffected. Where an exchange is not possible, any applicable right to a refund or withdrawal is preserved.

11.6 Refund and return procedure. To request a cancellation, return, exchange or remedy for a defect, contact [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the request (a reason is not required for statutory withdrawal). We will provide return instructions and an address where goods should be sent. Customers should retain tracking information and proof of return shipping. The refund will be processed under Sections 11.2–11.4, as applicable. Store vouchers are optional and will not replace a cash refund due by law without the customer’s express agreement.

11.7 International returns, customs refusals and unclaimed parcels. This section applies in particular to shipments outside the European Union.

When a customer returns a non-defective product, they are normally responsible for the return shipping costs and may also be responsible for customs-clearance charges, duties, taxes or other reasonable expenses associated with re-importation into Portugal to the extent these are legally attributable to the customer. Documented and legally recoverable expenses may be deducted from amounts otherwise refundable. Original outbound shipping charges are refundable where mandatory consumer law so requires, particularly in a valid statutory withdrawal.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the recipient is responsible for meeting the destination country’s import requirements and paying applicable import duties, taxes and clearance fees. If a recipient refuses to pay these charges, fails to provide customs documentation, or does not collect a shipment despite appropriate notification, the parcel may be returned, stored, abandoned or disposed of according to the carrier’s and customs authorities’ procedures.

Where the situation is attributable to the recipient, SLACKTIVITY may recover documented, reasonable and legally recoverable additional expenses, which may include return shipping, storage, customs handling, duties or carrier charges. Where legally permitted, such charges may be deducted from a refund otherwise owed. No blanket rule automatically forfeits the entire purchase price: if the parcel is irretrievably lost or destroyed, refund entitlement will be assessed based on the circumstances, the responsibility of the parties and applicable law. These provisions do not apply where the problem was caused by a failure attributable to SLACKTIVITY or its appointed carrier, and they do not restrict mandatory withdrawal, delivery or consumer-guarantee rights.

12. Customer Support and Complaints

For questions about products, orders, delivery, cancellation, refunds or warranties, contact [email protected]. Please include an order number where applicable. Customers may also submit complaints through the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book where available at https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/. See Section 21 for alternative consumer dispute resolution.

13. Promotional Codes and Discounts

13.1 Conditions of use. Promotional codes grant the discount specified in the relevant promotion, for the eligible products, customers, dates or order amounts, as communicated in the offer.

13.2 Distribution and misuse. Unless the promotion expressly allows it, codes are personal to the intended recipient and may not be sold, publicly published, traded or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.

13.3 Brand and lawful use. Customers must not use a promotional code fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that misrepresents an association with SLACKTIVITY.

13.4 Combination and limits. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order; codes may be subject to single-use, product, category, territory or minimum-spend conditions. The applicable restrictions will be communicated before purchase.

13.5 No cash exchange. Promotional codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash. This does not restrict refunds or other rights required by law.

13.6 Expired or lost codes. We are not normally obliged to replace lost or expired promotional codes, except where required by law or expressly promised in the promotion.

13.7 Reissued codes. If a code is reissued, we may apply reasonable conditions communicated at the time, without restricting statutory rights.

13.8 Abuse. We may reject or deactivate codes reasonably suspected of fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised use, while respecting valid contracts and mandatory consumer rights.

14. Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock and supply conditions. We try to keep online stock information accurate. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform the customer without undue delay and provide the legally required refund for unavailable items. We will not charge for products not supplied.

15. Special Offers

Offers and campaigns are valid during their advertised period and subject to any displayed eligibility conditions, available quantities and mandatory consumer law. We may correct clear typographical mistakes or manifest errors in offers, subject to the rules described in Sections 2 and 6. An accepted order is not automatically void merely because a later promotion or price differs.

16. Liability and Product Safety

16.1 General rule. SLACKTIVITY is responsible for breaches of its contractual and statutory obligations to the extent required by applicable law. No provision excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury or product liability where such exclusion is prohibited, or any other non-excludable consumer right.

16.2 Proven losses. Where the law permits limitations, claims will be assessed in accordance with applicable requirements of causation, foreseeability and proof. These Terms do not impose an absolute cap at the purchase price where doing so would be unlawful.

16.3 Correct use and safety. Slackline equipment and other products must be selected, installed, inspected and used in accordance with accompanying manuals, load limitations, safety warnings and the intended use. Incorrect installation or unsafe use may cause serious injury. Users must assess their own ability and conditions of use and should seek competent advice for complex installations.

16.4 Anchor points, walls and poles. For products requiring attachment to walls, ground sockets, poles or other structures, the person responsible for installation must verify that each supporting structure is suitable for the intended forces and safety margin specified in the applicable instructions, including a double safety margin where required by those instructions. This requirement does not reduce SLACKTIVITY’s statutory product safety obligations or liability for product defects.

16.5 Website information. We endeavour to keep website information correct and current, but occasional typographical or technical errors may occur. Any correction will be handled without limiting statutory rights or obligations.

16.6 Third-party events. We are not responsible for loss caused exclusively by events outside our reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law places responsibility on us. Our responsibilities as seller are not eliminated merely because a carrier or another contractor is involved.

16.7 Non-excludable rights. Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law, including legislation concerning consumer contracts, product safety, defective products and personal injury.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms and purchases through slacktivity.com are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence or other applicable rules of private international law. Nothing in this clause removes the right of a consumer to bring a claim before a court or dispute-resolution body competent under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

SLACKTIVITY may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or commercial changes. The version in force when an order is placed normally applies to that purchase, except where an amendment is required by mandatory law or the parties validly agree otherwise. The current version is published on slacktivity.com.

19. Website Information and Availability

We seek to keep the website accessible and information accurate. Temporary unavailability, technical errors or differences in browsers or devices may occur. We may maintain, modify or temporarily suspend website functions where reasonably necessary. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory rights arising from an actual purchase or our legal obligations to protect personal data and consumers.

20. Trademarks, Copyright and Website Content

Trade names, trademarks, logos, product photographs, texts, videos, manuals, graphics, software and other content on this website belong to SLACKTIVITY, their respective owners or licensors, as applicable, and are protected by relevant intellectual property laws.

Customers may view and print reasonable extracts for personal reference or to place an order. Any other reproduction, modification, publication, distribution or commercial use requires the relevant rights holder’s prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.

21. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged first to contact [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.

Consumers may refer eligible disputes to a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR/RAL) entity in accordance with Portuguese Law No. 144/2015 and other applicable legislation. Relevant information and the official list of recognised entities are available from the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs: https://www.consumidor.gov.pt/ral-mapa-e-lista-de-entidades.

Relevant organisations include:

  • CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto: https://www.cicap.pt/
  • CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo: https://www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org/

The competence of a particular centre depends on the dispute, territorial scope and applicable rules. Consumers retain their right to seek a judicial remedy.

The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is not presented here as an active complaints channel. For EU consumer redress information, see: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/.
