Rodeo Bungees

Have you ever dreamed of not only walk or surf but also bounce on your Rodeoline? Then the SLACKTIVITY Rodeo Bungees are a must have for you! They are adjustable depending on your body weight and the angle of the rodeoline.

If you just want to have a small bounce, then the 2.5m version is the right pick. For serious bouncing you should go for the 5m version.

Why bouncing on a rodeoline?

Beside the extra fun that bouncing provides, this also allows you a much better preparation for longer slacklines and highlining. You can learn bouncing sit mounts on your home rodeoline, which allows you to improve your timing. Or – if highline handstands should be your goal – then learn bouncing upside down… 😉

Rodeo Bungees adjustability

A good way to get started is to use 6 parallel bungee cords. If you feel that the bounce is too soft, then add one more wrap. If you want to have more bounce, then decrease the number of parallel cords to 5.

In case that you have the impression that the bungees are too long, you can simply shorten them by using a Prusik.

Further ways to use the Rodeo Bungees

Use the Rodeo Bungees in combination with a Prusik as an „extraPop“ to fine-tune your SLACKLINE BUNGEES. Furthermore you can use them as a training device similar to a Theraband. Maybe even try combining the rodeo with the workout?!

Disclaimer

The Rodeo Bungees are not intended for highlining! You should also use them only in rodeolines. The end loop should not be loaded with more than 0.5kN (= 50kg). Higher forces can otherwise break the plastic thimbals. But don’t worry, if that should happen, you can continue to use the Rodeo Bungees just as before.
