Have you tried slacklining and did not know what to do except for standing and walking? Then this page is the solution for you!

Here you can find around 50 different trick ideas for any slackline level – the easiest tricks are even less demanding than standing on the line.

Slackline Skills

Basics 1

For the Basics 1 we recommend using the Slackline Allround and set it up in a length of 4-10m with a sag of 20-50cm.

Basics 2

For the Basics 2 the Allround or Experience Slackline are the perfect pick. Set up the slackline in a length of 8-20m with 40-80cm sag

Once you’ve managed a big part of the tricks of Basics 2, you should start choosing your own way to continue. Choose your path depending on your goals and passions.

Slackline Skills: Rodeoline & Highline Preparation

Part 3

For highline preparation it is crucial to use a Nylon Slackline as they offer softer absorption of leash falls, making them ideal for initial highline experiences.

A great low-budget choice are the 15m traveler slackline or the pinkTube primitive slackline kit.

However, if you are certain that you want to start highlining, then it could be worth to directly invest into a pinkpark set.

Rig the line in a length of 5-15m and with a sag of 1-2m at first. And in a second go use a length of 10-25m with a sag of 2-3m.

Yoga

The best choice of slackline for Yoga practice is the SADU Yoga Slackline. Set it up in a length of 5-9m. At the beginning with around 1m sag, later with 2m sag.

For these tricks you should use the Slackline Experience in a length of 8-20m with a sag of 40-80cm. For jumps it is best to have the slackline rather tight.

Workout

For the Workout we recommend using a rodeoline in a length of 5-10m with a sag of around 2m. A great choice of slackline are the 15m traveler slackline or the SADU Yoga Slackline.

Double the fun and try these tricks on 2 different setups:

  • A rather tight one with 5-10m length and around 0.5m sag. A good choice of slackline would be the Allround or SADU Yoga Slackline
  • A rodeoline of 5-10m length with a sag of 2-3m. For that, the 15m traveler slackline or the SADU Yoga Slackline are a great choice
